Store operator and agreement
Milo Kitchen is the digital cooking store operated by EDSON CORONADO LIMITED, 615 S 21st St, McAllen, Texas 78501, United States.
References to “we,” “us” or “our” in these terms mean this operator. We sell English PDF recipe collections, meal-planning workbooks and self-paced cooking challenges.
These terms govern store use and purchases. Relevant purchase conditions also appear in the product offer, Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy. The Privacy Policy explains information handling.
Placing an order signifies agreement to the applicable purchase conditions without removing mandatory consumer protections.
Who may use the store
You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase contract or the appropriate permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Provide genuine contact and payment information. Do not impersonate others, misuse payment details, introduce malware, bypass access controls or use the store unlawfully.
What a purchase includes
Each product page describes the recipes, challenge duration, format and additional planning materials included.
Unless expressly listed, a purchase does not include ingredients, appliances, live instruction, personalized nutrition services, professional certification or a subscription.
Collections and bundles may contain books also offered separately. Those books keep the same content inside the bundle unless a different edition is explicitly identified. Review the included items before ordering.
Order acceptance and verification
Your checkout email is used for delivery, so it must be accurate and accessible. Payment confirmation or appropriate verification may be needed to complete the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order when required by law or because of suspected fraud, a material listing error or an unavailable item.
Where we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will notify you where practical and return the payment owed.
Currency and payment
Store prices are in US dollars unless another transaction currency is clearly displayed. Review the price, applicable taxes and total at checkout.
Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction fees. Available payment options depend on those offered at checkout and can vary by location.
Later price changes do not authorize an additional charge on an existing paid order without your agreement.
These digital products are one-time purchases unless a recurring arrangement is separately disclosed and accepted.
Delivery and technical requirements
Payment confirmation is followed by electronic access under the Digital Delivery Policy.
A compatible PDF reader and a connection for downloading are required. Printing is optional and at your own cost.
Product pages identify any included interactive forms or other formats. A standard PDF does not promise editable fields or a particular app.
Refunds and cancellation
Contact us under the Refund Policy about an inaccessible file, missing or incorrect content, a duplicate payment or a material mismatch with the description.
Statutory rights of cancellation, withdrawal and remedies for digital content remain applicable. Beginning a download does not alone prove a valid waiver of those rights.
Rights in the content
Recipes as presented in the publications, explanatory text, layouts, photographs, brand elements and other protected material belong to us or their respective rights holders to the extent protected by law.
Purchasing provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the files, retain a personal copy and print recipes or planner pages for personal household use.
The license does not grant commercial resale, sublicensing, public uploading, distribution of copies or permission to present the publications as your own.
You may prepare the dishes for your household. Nothing here restricts lawful exceptions, unprotected ideas or other rights available under applicable law.
Cooking information and individual needs
The publications provide general cooking and kitchen-planning information. They are not medical advice, a prescribed diet or individualized professional nutrition services.
Ingredient choices and food handling must be appropriate for your household’s circumstances.
Check ingredients and packaging for allergens, cross-contact risks and personal restrictions. Follow safe handling and storage guidance and applicable appliance instructions.
Cooking temperatures, times and yields can vary with equipment, ingredient sizes and technique. Estimated timings, budget examples and challenge schedules do not guarantee results, savings, weight changes or health benefits.
Outside services and links
Payment services, PDF readers and independent websites may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We do not control their independent content or service availability. Responsibility for supplying the digital purchase remains with us as required by the contract and applicable law.
Customer submissions
When sending feedback or a support request, provide material you are entitled to share and avoid unlawful content or unnecessary sensitive details.
We may use suggestions to improve the store. We do not obtain permission merely from a purchase to publish your private meal plans, household information or identifiable testimonial.
Shopify and privacy
This store is hosted by Shopify. Visits and purchases involve processing by Shopify and relevant service providers.
Where Shopify Enhanced Services are enabled, information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify may support those services, and processing may take place in other countries.

Listing errors and interruptions
We may correct errors in descriptions, prices or store functions.
A material error affecting a paid order will be explained, and we will fulfill the agreed purchase where possible or apply an appropriate cancellation or refund.
A temporary website interruption does not cancel obligations already owed to you.
Warranties and responsibility
No additional promise of uninterrupted store access or a particular cooking result is made unless expressly included in an offer.
To the extent lawful, additional implied warranties are excluded, but statutory guarantees and duties to supply the described digital content remain in force.
Only where applicable law allows, we exclude responsibility for indirect or consequential losses from use of the site or publications and limit liability for a purchase-related claim to the amount paid for that purchase.
These provisions do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies.
Restricted access
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful conduct or a serious breach of these terms.
Action affecting a paid order must comply with the purchase agreement and applicable law. Suspension does not remove an existing refund obligation or permit redistribution of the publications.
Interpretation and remaining provisions
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue where lawful. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it.
The applicable offer, these terms and the store policies form the purchase conditions, subject to overriding mandatory law.
Governing law and resolving a concern
Where legally permitted, Texas law and applicable United States federal law govern these terms.
Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under their local law.

Updates
Revised terms apply to future use and purchases from the date indicated. We will give additional notice or obtain agreement when required.
A later revision does not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
