Digital Delivery Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Milo Kitchen provides recipes, cooking challenges and planning workbooks as English PDF downloads. Delivery is electronic.
We do not send ingredients, meals, cookware, air fryers or printed books.
How the order is delivered
Once payment is confirmed, a digital delivery email is sent to the address supplied at checkout. It contains access to the file or files described on the product page.
Delivery normally follows shortly after confirmation. Unconfirmed payments, verification requirements or a technical interruption can delay access.
If you cannot locate the message, check your junk, spam and promotions folders. Keep your order confirmation.
Contact dolldicedone@outlook.com with the order number if a link fails, a file is missing or the checkout email needs correction. We may verify the order before changing access details.
Availability and charges
There is no parcel tracking, shipping charge or physical customs clearance for these files.
International purchasing depends on our active markets, supported payment methods and applicable restrictions. The final transaction currency, price and any tax are shown at checkout.
Your own connection, printing and ingredient costs are separate from the digital purchase.
File requirements
A compatible PDF reader and an internet connection for downloading are required.
Files can be viewed on a supported computer, tablet or phone, and recipes and planning pages can be printed for personal household use.
Interactive fields, video lessons, editable source files, individualized meal planning and additional media are supplied only when the product page expressly includes them.
Challenges and bundles
A fourteen-day or thirty-day challenge refers to the suggested cooking or planning schedule inside the PDF. It does not promise daily shipments, live supervision or guaranteed cooking or dietary results.
The product page lists what each recipe collection or bundle includes.
Books collected in a bundle contain the same material as the individual editions, unless expressly stated otherwise, alongside any listed planning bonuses. Check that list if you already own one of the books.
Keeping your purchase
Download and save a personal copy of the material.
Lifetime hosting and automatic access to later editions are not promised unless expressly offered. This does not affect the access conditions agreed at purchase or mandatory consumer rights.
Delivery support
For missing, incorrect or unusable files, email dolldicedone@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will help provide the purchased content or the appropriate remedy under our Refund Policy and applicable law. There is no physical item to send back.
